Who  I am

Susyn Morales
My passion is for helping is fully realized as I coach and guide people through career management and career transitions.
Through personal, one-on-one consultations or webinar delivery, I help people to identify their specific aptitudes which will enable them to realize their career goals and/or career potential.

Collaboration and partnering are paramount. Having open and honest conversations in identifying personal goals, planning strategic career moves, and developing leadership skills is a key part of what I do. I find joy when my candidates can fully realize their strengths and what makes them unique in today’s market and then guiding or coaching on how to use those strengths to excel in their chosen path!

I am known for my excellent presentation skills and my clear verbal and written communication skills. Being able to listen without being judgmental is important in helping people choose the right career goals and make the right professional decisions. I am also very organized and have strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

It is an honor to be trusted in helping someone navigate the process of career management and growth, or in finding and securing employment. I serve, gladly, as a mentor and motivator, providing guidance and constructive feedback.

I am fully committed to helping my candidates achieve their employment-related goals.
